Reykjavík University Molecular Dynamics code for Electron Emission and Dynamics (RUMDEED)

We have developed a Molecular Dynamics code for simulating vacuum diodes. The code can simulate Field emission with planar and prolate spheroidal geometry, Thermal-Field emission with planar geometry and photo emission with planar geometry. A description of the code and results can be found in several published articles . The code and its manual are hosted on Github, under an open-source license.
