With emphasis on entrepreneurship, technology development, co-operation with the business sector, and with other universities, RU has a positive impact on both Icelandic society and the global community. In addition, Reykjavik university engages in diverse outreach programmes in order to open the eyes and minds of young Icelanders to the many opportunities presented by technology studies.
