For further education to students of applied engineering, engineering and computer science
The education fund of Sameinaðir verktakar (“United Contractors”) allocates scholarships for further education to students of applied engineering, engineering and computer science at RU that are equivalent to the amount of tuition fees in RU for one semester. The application deadline is June 7.
Only those students can apply who are graduating with a first university degree (BSc) in June 2022 or January 2023 and are aiming at further education (MSc or Phd) in RU or other universities. Students going to their final semester in applied engineering can also apply for the grant.
Students apply by filling out this application form. Evaluation of applications is based on academic performance, initiative and daring, according to study overview, introduction letter and references. In addition, extracurricular activities will support the application, e.g. student council, promotional work for RU and teaching assistant jobs.
- Grants are allocated in June 2022.
- All applicants receive an answer.
- Each applicant can only receive a grant once.
