Application Deadlines

Completed applications, with all supporting documents, must be submitted by the stated deadlines. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and early applicants receive additional benefits. Admission decisions are typically made within four weeks.

Applicants from non-EU/EEA Countries

Priority Application: October 1 - November 30 

  • Extended time to make a decision about the offer.

Regular Application: December 1 - February 28/29

Late Applications for Select Countries: March 1 - April 30 (select countries only , limited availability)

  • All non-EU/EEA citizens require a student visa for Iceland. Please check if a visa is needed for entry here.

Applicants from the EU/EEA

Priority Application: October 1 - November 30

  • Extended time to make a decision about the offer.

Regular Application: December 1 - April 30
