Ph.D. Administration

The Ph.D. programme is managed and coordinated by the Research Council in the Department of Computer Science.

Students may apply for exceptions to the Ph.D. rules to the Council. Such exceptions should have strong justification and must be agreed upon by the student's main supervisor.

The Council handles any exceptional issues that cannot be resolved by students and their supervisors. The Chair of the Department of Computer Science has final authority in all matters that cannot be resolved by the Council
