RU welcomes applications from all over the world. Please note that different application deadlines apply based on whether students come from countries within the EU/EEA or not.

Residents of EU / EEA

The University has two annual intakes for home and EU/EEA students. Please note not all programmes admit students in the spring term. The autumn term begins in the middle of August, and the spring term begins in January.

Studies starting in the autumn semester 

  • Application opens: February 5th  
  • Application deadline: April 30th 

Studies starting in the spring semester 

  • Application opens: October 15th 
  • Application deadline: December 5th

Non-EU / EEA residents

Non-EU/ EEA students are only admitted in the autumn semester each year. The autumn term begins in the middle of August.

  • Application opens: October 15th 
  • Application deadline: January 31st

Exchange/ Free Mover students

  • May 1st for admission to the autumn term starting in August of the same year.

  • October 15th for admission to the spring term starting in January of the following year.
