Hotel Bookings

A number of rooms in different categories have been pre-booked for STAMP participants, since Reykjavik could be quite crowded during the conference period. To secure the accommodation of your choice, we recommend that you submit your registration with hotel booking as early as possible. Bookings are made directly via the registration form, click here.

If you have submitted your registration without hotel booking and wish to add hotel booking then please send e-mail to Elisabet, elisabet@cpreykjavik.is

Full hotel payment is required upon booking, but individual accommodation bookings will be refunded, less administration fee of ISK 11.000, if cancellations are made no less than 72 hours (working days) before the arrival date. Full payment for the first night will be charged if cancellation is not received in time.

All hotel reservations, especially after 10 of June 2017, will be subject to availability.

There will be no organised bus transport provided to and from the conference venue.

All listed prices are per room per night and include breakfast as well as taxes. Breakfast is normally served at hotels between 07:00 to 10.00 every morning. All hotels have 24 hour lobby service. The check-in and check-out times at hotels are mostly as follows: check-in time from 14:00 and check–out time before 12:00. Please note, however, that this can vary from one hotel to another.

Barón – Fosshotel *** A comfortable and centrally located hotel, offers 120 rooms and apartments. Located only few steps away from the main shopping street and other interesting attractions in Reykjaviks city centre. All rooms and apartments are equipped with shower/WC and TV. Fosshotel Baron is a family friendly hotel and offers special features for families and children. All guestrooms, restaurant and bar are non-smoking.
