Reykjavik University Department of Business Administration emphasises excellent teaching, student participation, quality research and good connection with industry.

Graduate programmes are integrated with practical based projects, providing our students with a firm foundation for advanced study or for entering the global marketplace. All our courses are developed in co-operation with industry leaders in Iceland. The curriculum is delivered by our resident faculty and visiting professors from leading international business schools.

Our business programmes

Credits: 90 ECTS

Length of study: 14 months over three terms: autumn, spring and summer terms.

MSc or qualification at master level: Students can choose between a programme structure leading to an MSc degree and a programme structure for a qualification at master level. Both require 90 ECTS credits.

Accreditation AMBA Accreditation

The Department of Business Administration has the AMBA accreditation for its MBA programme. Only 3% of MBA programmes world-wide are accredited by the association.

The Department of Business Administration has been a member of the United Nations Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME) since 2012.
