Dögg Hauksdóttir læknir og MBA 2021“After decades working within the healthcare sector, I was pleasantly surprised how much I still had to learn about team dynamics and development when I entered the MBA. Parallel to interesting courses and challenging curriculum, the common thread of the program is team development. I got practical training by working within different teams for extended periods, supported by team coaches. My co-students have generously shared experiences from their respective sectors, and it has been a second curriculum for me. I have made friends for life and after graduation I look forward to continuing my peer-to -peer education within the AMBA network.”
