Library rules
- LIRU's services are mainly intended for RU's students, faculty, and staff
- People visiting the library are asked to show consideration and respect to other guests, and to do their part in making the library a place where people can attend to their work in peace and quiet
- Guests should especially note that the use of cell phones is prohibited within the library
- Consumption of food and drinks is not allowed in the library. This also applies to work rooms
- Guests are allowed to use computers within reading facilities as long as accompanying sounds do not bother other guests
- Tables in reading areas can not be reserved
- Library employees are allowed to clear tables which have not been used for more than an hour
- All books and other material belonging to the library must be checked out at the reception desk before being taken out of the library
- Guests are encouraged to familiarise themselves with and abide by RU's general rules of conduct
